High temperature curing molding: 160℃ gradient temperature control curing, ensuring the Bacol hardness ≥45

CNC precision machining: equipped with five-axis cutting machine, tolerance control within ±0.5mm

Non-destructive testing: ultrasonic flaw detection + mechanical properties test double quality inspection
