Production Process
The fiberglass SMC round splicing fish tank adopts sheet molding compound (SMC) compression molding process, and the process is as follows:
Raw material preparation: resin, glass fiber, filler, etc. are mixed to make SMC sheets.
Compression molding: Press molding under high temperature and high pressure to ensure product density and strength.
Trimming and grinding: remove burrs to ensure splicing accuracy.
Surface treatment: spray anti-ultraviolet coating or polishing.
Quality inspection: perform water pressure test and sealing test to ensure no defects.
