Raw material selection

  • Glass fiber: high-purity alkali-free fiber, tensile strength ≥3000MPa.
  • Resin matrix: customized epoxy resin, vinyl resin or polyester resin to match different corrosion-resistant scenarios.

Molding process

  • Pultrusion molding: high-temperature curing after fiber impregnation to achieve high-density, bubble-free structure.
  • Molding process: precise control of rod diameter tolerance (±0.1mm), smooth surface without burrs.

Post-processing technology

  • Secondary curing improves temperature resistance (-50℃~180℃).
