For the installation of fiberglass grating in the car wash room, we must first do a good job of cutting the fiberglass grating.

1. Reasonably cut and process the grating according to the size and installation requirements to achieve the maximum economic benefit without affecting the internal performance of the grating. The cut end surface needs to be coated with resin to ensure that its corrosion resistance is not affected.
A. Cutting:
Straight line cutting: FRP grilles can be cut on site using ceramic discs or diamond disc cutters, or even ordinary hacksaw blades.
Curve cutting: Grille openings, arcs and other arc cutting can be cut using electric saws or hacksaws equipped with metal cutting blades.
B. Drilling:
Hole sizes of 12 mm or larger can be drilled using ordinary drill press twist drills.
Small holes can be drilled using hand-held electric hole processing machines or general hand drills.
C. Grinding:
Grinding can be done using hand-held angle grinders, grinding wheels, ordinary files and sandpaper.
Note: a. This material cannot be turned or tapped.
b. Arbitrary cutting will not change the mechanical properties of the grille, nor will it cause disintegration and other consequences.

2. Safety measures:
Before cutting, operators should wear protective glasses and masks to prevent objects from splashing into the eyes and reduce dust inhalation; wear gloves and work clothes to prevent dust from entering the skin and causing allergies; choose a well-ventilated and brightly lit place for cutting; and check that all power tools are intact before cutting.
