FRP Desulfurization Tower
FRP desulfurization tower is a high-efficiency and environmentally friendly equipment, mainly used for the purification of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in industrial waste gas. The equipment is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP, commonly known as FRP), which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength and light weight. Corrosion Resistance
FRP material can withstand corrosion from strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide) and organic solvents, and has a service life of more than 15 years, which is much higher than traditional PP and carbon steel materials.
Lightweight, high strength, stable structure
The specific gravity is only 1/4 of steel, but the strength is close to carbon steel, and the seismic and impact resistance are excellent, suitable for installation in high altitude or complex environments.
High-efficiency purification capability
Adopting multi-stage spray system and optimized packing layer design, the gas-liquid contact area is large, and the exhaust gas removal rate can reach more than 95%, which meets the national "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
Low maintenance cost
The equipment has a stable structure, is not easy to scale or clog, is easy to maintain, and has low operating costs.

Production Process
Raw material selection
Use high-quality glass fiber, unsaturated polyester resin and anti-corrosion additives to ensure stable material performance.
Winding molding process
Multi-layer cross winding is carried out by computer-controlled winding machine to ensure uniform tower strength and no weak points.
Lining anti-corrosion layer
The inner wall of the tower body is reinforced with a resin-rich layer + surface felt to improve corrosion resistance.
Assembly and reinforcement
After segmented production, it is connected by flanges or bolts, and the key parts are designed with reinforcing ribs to ensure the stability of the overall structure.
Quality inspection
Hydraulic pressure test, air tightness test and ultrasonic flaw detection are carried out to ensure no leakage and no defects.
