High Strength
FRP (glass reinforced plastic) material has high specific strength and weighs only 1/4 of steel, which is easy to transport and install, and has excellent bearing capacity.
Corrosion Resistance

Production Process of FRP Cable Tray
1. Raw material selection
Resin matrix: unsaturated polyester resin (UP), epoxy resin (EP), etc., provide corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Reinforcement material: alkali-free glass fiber yarn, improve tensile strength and toughness.
Fillers and additives: aluminum hydroxide (flame retardant), UV absorber (weather resistant), etc.
2. Molding process
Pultrusion molding: continuous production, suitable for standard profiles (such as ladder edges, crosspieces).
Compression molding: used for complex structural parts (such as elbows, connectors).
Hand lay-up molding: small batch customized products, high flexibility.
3. Surface treatment
UV-resistant coating to extend outdoor service life.
Colors can be customized according to needs (such as gray, green, yellow).
