FRP Bubble Tower
FRP Bubble Tower is a gas absorption, purification and reaction equipment made of **fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)**, which is widely used in chemical, environmental protection, energy and other fields. Its core principle is to form a bubble group in the liquid phase through gas to achieve efficient contact and mass transfer between gas and liquid phases, which is suitable for waste gas treatment, gas absorption, cooling and other process links.

Corrosion Resistance
Using high-performance matrix materials such as epoxy resin and vinyl ester, it can withstand acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent corrosion, and its life span far exceeds that of metal materials (such as carbon steel and stainless steel).
Lightweight, high strength, stable structure
The density of FRP material is only 1/4 of that of steel, but it has high mechanical strength, is easy to transport and install, and reduces the cost of the support structure.
High-efficiency purification capability
Adopting multi-stage spray system and optimized packing layer design, the gas-liquid contact area is large, and the exhaust gas removal rate can reach more than 95%, which meets the national "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
Low energy consumption and easy maintenance
The optimized tower structure (such as porous distributor and packing layer) ensures uniform distribution of bubbles, large gas-liquid contact area, and mass transfer efficiency increased by more than 30%.
Flexible customization
The diameter (0.5m~5m), height, interface position and internal configuration (such as spray system, demister) can be customized according to customer needs.
Anti-aging performance
Adding UV absorbers and anti-aging coatings, it is suitable for long-term outdoor use with a service life of more than 15 years.

Production Process
- Raw material selection: Use alkali-free glass fiber cloth and vinyl resin, add anti-ultraviolet agent, flame retardant and other modified materials to ensure weather resistance.
- Winding molding process: Through computer-controlled winding machine, multi-layer cross winding is achieved, the inner lining layer adopts resin-rich layer for corrosion protection, and the structural layer adopts high-strength winding.
- Accessory assembly: The tower is equipped with ball ring/polyhedral hollow ball filler, spiral nozzle, demister, etc., all of which are made of PP/FRP material to ensure overall corrosion resistance.
- Quality inspection: Pass water pressure test, air tightness test and third-party anti-corrosion test (such as ASTMC581 standard) to ensure no leakage and no deformation.
