FRP Acid Mist Purification Tower
FRP Acid Mist Purification Tower is an efficient and corrosion-resistant waste gas treatment equipment, mainly used to purify acidic gases (such as HCl, H₂SO₄, NOx, HF, etc.) generated in industrial production processes. The equipment is made of **glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)**, with excellent corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, long service life, etc., and is widely used in chemical, electroplating, metallurgy, electronics, medicine and other industries.

Corrosion Resistance
Made of high-performance resin (such as vinyl ester, epoxy resin) and glass fiber composite, it can withstand corrosion from strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents, and has a service life of more than 15 years.
Light weight, high strength, stable structure
The weight of FRP is only 1/4 of that of steel, but it has high mechanical strength, is easy to transport and install, and is suitable for high-altitude or narrow site operations.
High-efficiency purification capability
The design of packing layer + spray system is adopted, the gas-liquid contact is sufficient, the purification efficiency is more than 95%, and the outlet waste gas meets the national emission standards (such as GB 16297-1996).
Low energy consumption, low operating cost
Optimized structural design, low resistance, low power of supporting fans, and significant energy-saving effect; the spray system can recycle the absorption liquid to reduce the consumption of reagents.
Modular design, easy maintenance
The tower body is assembled in sections, which can be flexibly adapted to different air volume requirements; the inspection port and observation window design are convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance.
Long Service Life
FRP tower life usually 10-20 years, up to 25 years or more under good conditions. PP tower life: usually 5-10 years, may be shortened to 3-5 years under bad conditions. Poor temperature resistance (0℃~80℃), easy to deform at high temperature. Weak UV resistance, low mechanical strength, easy to brittle

Production Process
Raw material selection:
- Inner lining: corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin + surface felt is used to ensure anti-permeability.
- Structural layer: high-strength glass fiber cloth + isophthalic resin to improve overall rigidity.
Winding molding
- Computer-controlled winding machine is used to achieve uniform tower molding to ensure wall thickness consistency.
- Assembly and reinforcement: The tower body is segmented and flange-connected after molding, and a multi-level packing layer, demister and spray system are set inside.
Quality inspection
- Ultrasonic thickness measurement, water pressure test, and air tightness test to ensure no leakage.
