FRP Absorption Tower
FRP absorption tower (FRP absorption tower) is an environmental protection treatment equipment made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), which is widely used in industrial waste gas purification, acid and alkali gas absorption and other scenarios. With its corrosion resistance, high strength and lightweight characteristics, it has become an ideal substitute for traditional metal towers, especially for waste gas treatment in chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and other industries.

Corrosion Resistance
FRP material can withstand strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt and organic solvents, and its service life is more than 15 years, which is much higher than metal materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel.
Lightweight, high strength, stable structure
Adopting glass fiber winding process, the tower body has high strength and strong impact resistance, and its weight is only 1/3 of that of steel tower. It is easy to transport and install, and reduces infrastructure costs.
High-efficiency absorption performance
Multi-stage packing layer design, with high-efficiency spray system, large gas-liquid contact area, absorption efficiency of more than 95%, can treat HCl, SO₂, NH₃ and other waste gases.

Service Life
FRP tower life usually 10-20 years, up to 25 years or more under good conditions. PP tower life: usually 5-10 years, may be shortened to 3-5 years under bad conditions. Poor temperature resistance (0℃~80℃), easy to deform at high temperature. Weak UV resistance, low mechanical strength, easy to brittle

Production Process
- Wrapping: Computer-controlled fiber winding technology is used to ensure uniform wall thickness and no welds on the tower body.
- Lining anti-corrosion layer: Lining vinyl resin + surface felt to form a double anti-corrosion barrier.
- Structural reinforcement: Annular reinforcement ribs are added to the outside of the tower body, and the wind pressure resistance reaches level 12.
- Accessory integration: PP filler, spiral nozzle, demister and other components are integrated in the tower, and air tightness test is carried out before leaving the factory.
