Exhaust Gas Recovery FRP Pipe
Exhaust gas recovery FRP pipe is a corrosion-resistant, lightweight and high-strength pipeline system made of **fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)**, designed for the collection, transportation and treatment of industrial exhaust gases (such as acidic gas, organic waste gas, high-temperature flue gas, etc.). Its excellent chemical stability and mechanical properties can replace traditional metal or PVC pipes and are widely used in chemical, electric power, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries.

Features & Advantages
Super corrosion Resistance
Can withstand chemical media such as acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents, and has a service life of more than 20 years.
Lightweight and Easy to Install
The weight is only 1/4 of that of steel pipes, the strength is close to that of steel, and it is easy to install.
Temperature Resistance
The operating temperature range is wide (-50℃~150℃, special resins can reach 200℃).
Low friction resistance
✅ No anti-corrosion coating is required, no scaling problem, and the cost of the entire life cycle is reduced.
Anti-aging
Adding anti-ultraviolet agents, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Customized Service
Supports customization of diameters from DN50 to DN3000mm, and provides a variety of connection methods such as flanges and sockets.
Environmentally friendly and safe
No leakage, no electrochemical corrosion, in line with environmental emission requirements.
Product Performance
Economical: long life, maintenance-free, and the overall cost is lower than that of metal pipes.
Customization: Different diameters (DN50~DN4000) and pressure levels (normal pressure to 6MPa) can be designed.
Modular installation: flange connection, socket connection and other methods, high construction efficiency.
Flame retardant and antistatic: meet the explosion-proof environment requirements (such as petrochemical industry) by adding modifiers.

Production Process
Raw material selection
Matrix resin: Select corrosion-resistant resin (such as vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin) according to the exhaust gas composition.
Reinforcement material: alkali-free glass fiber (surface felt, chopped felt, winding yarn, etc.).
Additives: UV inhibitor, flame retardant, wear-resistant filler, etc. (customized according to needs).
Molding process
Wrapping molding: The fiber winding angle and resin content are controlled by computer to achieve high strength and uniformity of the pipeline.
Hand lay-up molding: Suitable for special-shaped parts or small batch production, with strong flexibility.
Post-processing Curing: room temperature or heating curing to ensure that the resin is fully cross-linked.
Testing: hydraulic pressure test, ultrasonic flaw detection, hardness test, etc.
Application
Wastewater Treatment
Sewage treatment plant: aeration pipes, sludge conveying pipes, and supporting pipes for biochemical reaction tanks.
Chemical industry
Recovery and treatment of acidic tail gases such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chlorine.
Power/metallurgy
Desulfurization (FGD) system of coal-fired power plants, high-temperature flue gas emissions.
Pharmaceutical/printing and dyeing
Organic solvent waste gas collection and treatment.
Waste Gas Treatment
VOCs waste gas recovery, waste incineration tail gas purification. Acid mist waste gas emission pipes (such as electroplating plants and chemical plants).
Offshore platform
Waste gas emission pipeline resistant to seawater corrosion.
