Installation and Maintenance Guide

Preparation before installation
Check the appearance quality of the pipeline, Prepare special connectors and sealing materials, Measure and lay out, determine the laying path

Installation steps

  • Trench excavation: width ≥ pipe diameter + 300mm
  • Foundation treatment: lay 100mm thick sand cushion
  • Pipeline laying: socket facing the direction of water
  • Connection treatment: ensure that the sealing ring is in place
  • Backfill compaction: backfill in layers, each layer ≤ 300mm

Maintenance

  • Regularly check the joint sealing
