Recently, our factory’s first batch of FRP pipes successfully completed production, inspection, and port loading, officially embarking on its journey to a customer’s project site in Central Asia. This marks the company’s first export of FRP pipes, signifying a substantial step forward in our overseas market expansion.

This export order was secured thanks to the customer’s on-site inspection and multiple rounds of review of our factory’s production capacity and quality control system. Considering the challenging working conditions in Central Asia, characterized by large temperature differences and highly corrosive soil, our technical team optimized the resin formula and winding process based on standard products, ensuring the pipes maintain excellent corrosion resistance and ring stiffness stability during long-term underground operation. During production, the quality inspection department conducted comprehensive tests on each batch of products, including appearance, dimensions, Barcol hardness, and short-time hydrostatic testing, with all indicators meeting the customer’s technical specifications.

In the logistics环节, facing the challenges of complex cross-border transportation processes and tight delivery cycles, the company’s foreign trade and production departments collaborated to develop a specialized shipping plan, comprehensively handling all aspects of the work, including product packaging and protection, commodity inspection declaration, and port customs clearance, ensuring timely shipment of products.

Currently, the demand for FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) pipes continues to grow in municipal water supply and drainage, industrial wastewater treatment, and oil and gas field gathering and transportation in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. According to industry export data, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe have become the main export destinations for Chinese FRP pipe products, with particularly significant growth in the Russian, Saudi Arabian, and Vietnamese markets. This market trend aligns perfectly with our factory’s established overseas expansion strategy.
