Technology Upgrade Empowers Overseas Markets | Our High-Performance FRP Grating Exported in Bulk to Southeast Asia and the Middle East

May 15, 2026 — Recently, a batch of high-performance FRP grating has completed production and quality inspection, and will be delivered to project sites in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The products are widely used in key scenarios such as sewage treatment plants, chemical industrial parks, seawater desalination projects, and walkway platforms for photovoltaic power stations. The smooth delivery of this order further enhances our influence in the overseas market of industrial anti-corrosion and lightweight materials.

As a professional manufacturer of fiberglass composite materials, we have been focusing on the R&D and production of FRP grating for many years. We always prioritize four core advantages: corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, electrical insulation and safety, as well as maintenance-free performance.

Made of high-purity glass fiber and weather-resistant vinyl resin, our FRP grating is formed by integral molding technology. It can resist long-term erosion from acid, alkali, salt, seawater and various chemical media. • Optimized resin formula to improve high temperature resistance and anti-aging performance, perfectly suitable for the high temperature and humid climate and coastal salt fog environment in the Middle East;
• Enhanced anti-slip sand surface treatment with a slip resistance coefficient of 0.78, complying with international industrial safety standards;
• All specifications have passed SGS environmental certification and EU REACH standards, applicable to food, pharmaceutical and drinking water engineering projects;
• Modular design with only 1/4 the weight of steel. It can be cut and installed without hot work, greatly shortening the construction period.

At present, our FRP grating is widely applied in petrochemical, sewage treatment, seawater desalination, photovoltaic power stations, port terminals and municipal engineering.
